Free Shipping on All Orders
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship all orders with Canada Post. Three shipping options are available to you :
- Standard - This is the default shipping option you get with any order. Delivery in 8 to 10 days.
- Expedited - delivery in 5 to 9 days.
- Express - This is the fastest shipping option. Choose it if you're in a hurry and need your gaming fix ASAP. Delivery in 4 to 7 days.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What payments methods are accepted?

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your junk mail). In the same email, a tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Although we take utter precautions with every order, bad luck can happen. If you received a damaged or defective product and you need to return it for replacement, please contact us here before returning your product.

My product arrived damaged, what can I do ?
We are sorry if your product arrives damaged, we strive to offer the best shipping experience possible. If you return your product within 30 days once delivered, we will gladly exchange it for a new similar product.
I received my product but would like to return it?
We understand you might have changed your mind or prefer to go with a different product, simply return it unopened within a total of 14 days after delivery. Once received, our team will issue a refund of the total amount minus the shipping fees on your original payment method.
**Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund and for sanitary purposes, all opened and non-defective products cannot be returned.
